There is no health without mental health.
Wellness and Counseling - Introduction:
Prioritize your emotional wellness and set achievable and realistic goals. While the Pandemic may have set you back or pushed you completely off course, learn how to continue and succeed by identifying your strengths in a safe space.
Wellness and Counseling - Who We Are:
We are a team focusing on student & staff counseling services, offering short-term counseling and psychotherapy. The purpose of the wellness service is to approach any emotional, psychological problems that you experience. We also cater to general queries about personal growth.
The impact of these challenges is kept to a minimum through therapy and your overall capacity to achieve is optimized.
