Let’s talk more about depression and suicidal thoughts…

Are you feeling helpless? Feel like you are drowning and things cannot get better? Feel like you don’t want to live anymore...
Depression can be a lonely place to be. If you are not already seeing a counselor, why not start now?

  • Take a deep breath.Reaching out
  • Remember that someone is out there who can help you.
  • You are not alone in this feeling.
  • Reach out. Tell someone today.

Suicide Prevention

You may feel like there is no solution to your problem. What does help is to start speaking about the problem. Even if you or your friend cannot see a solution to the concern... Speaking about it with your friend and/or a counselor can lighten your burden.

Suicidal thoughts may be due to a chemical imbalance in your brain. Only when these chemical levels become severely low will you encounter suicidal thoughts.

Now that you know depression and suicidal thoughts are chemical imbalances in your brain, it is important to know that intervention is an option. Seeking professional help will assist you in getting the right mental healthcare suited to you.

Sometimes it is only a matter of taking a combination of tablets or seeing a therapist. This can support you and your general mental well-being.
